- Return and Exchange Period
Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Orders for which a return or exchange request is not submitted within 30 days will not be processed. - Return and Exchange Conditions
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Return and exchange items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Return the item to the designated address as instructed by customer service.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-10 business days. - Refund Instructions
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
The refund amount is usually the actual amount paid for the item, excluding shipping costs (unless the item has a quality issue or the wrong item was sent).
